Our team at Allo Velo is committed to satisfying your expectations on our products and takes your returns to heart. Thus, with presentation of the receipt, exchanges and refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase. The product must however be in perfect condition. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment*. If you do not have the debit or credit card used to make the purchase, you can only proceed with a replacement or store credit.

Exchangeable Items:
  • Accessories (lights, locks, baskets, bags, etc.)
  • Children's seats
  • Clothing (must be labelled)
The following items are subject to final sale:
  • Bicycles (bikes, electric bikes, cargo bikes, kids bikes)
  • Helmets
  • Underwear (bibs, socks, boxer)
  • Dog products
  • Sale items

Defective product

If the item is defective, we will replace it or refund it. We reserve the right to choose an option depending on the condition of the product and the circumstances
