Terms of service
Packaging is extremely wasteful, and often ends up in the trash. Other than box tape, we do not spend anything more on new packaging material for online orders. Our aim is always to use the least amount of packaging while protecting the product, or reusing boxes and packaging materials that we get from orders we receive from our suppliers. Do not be alarmed if your bike arrives in a different bike box or if you receive your order in a less than perfect package, we are just doing our small part in reducing waste and giving the material a 2nd use. Please recycle the cardboard if possible.
